A red Bordeaux from carefully selected vineyards. The grapes are picked by hand and the wine is aged in oak barrels for several months, which adds delicate wood notes and softens the palate.
Chardonnay from IGP Pays d’Oc. The warm climate and varied soils give a balance of fruit and acidity. Fermented in stainless steel to keep a fresh, fruit-forward style.

Deep garnet with a ruby rim. An intense nose of ripe dark fruit, fig and raisins with spicy, smoky notes. Harmonious and well balanced on the palate, with soft tannins and a long finish that echoes the ripe fruit and spice.
A Crémant de Bourgogne from Burgundy’s noble grape varieties, showing the freshness of a cool climate and limestone-rich soils. A slow second fermentation and long ageing on the lees give this well-structured, expressive sparkling wine a refined texture and complexity.

Dolcetto from the Valdibà hills in Dogliani, grown on calcareous clay and limestone soils. The altitude of the vineyards gives the wine lively acidity and a fresh character.
Jean-Louis Chave Saint-Joseph Blanc “Circa” is a textured white wine made from Roussanne in the northern Rhône. It shows pear, quince, apricot, acacia, almond, honey and minerals, with good concentration, a smooth texture and a long, dry finish.

Pinot Noir from the slopes west of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. A fresh, elegant wine with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and a gentle hint of forest floor. Lively acidity, fine tannins and a long finish give it elegance, balance and real character.
A classic Champagne from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Fresh and elegant, with aromas of citrus, white flowers and a delicate note of freshly baked brioche. Fine bubbles, lively acidity and a smooth, creamy texture make for a beautifully balanced Champagne with a long, fresh finish.
