• Contact data — when you contact us by email or telephone, we collect your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry.
• Browsing data — anonymous technical data about your visit (e.g. type of browser, device, screen size, which page was visited, how long you spent on the site). This data is collected by Vercel Analytics without cookies and without any personal identifier.
• Settings — your choice of filters, language and cookies, stored on your device (localStorage and cookie).

4. How we use the information

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide you with information about products and services.
• Improve your experience on the website and its functionality.
• Analyse general website traffic in order to improve content and speed.

We never sell personal data to third parties and share it only with service providers that are necessary to operate the website — e.g. Vercel, which hosts the site, and Anthropic, which powers the Evín wine advisor. When you chat with Evín, your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate a reply; we store only anonymous usage metrics, not the content of your conversations. Please do not send personal information in the chat.
