Dufouleur Pere & Fils Crémant de Bourgogne
France
Crafted from a blend of Burgundy’s noble grape varieties, this Crémant de Bourgogne showcases the region’s cool-climate freshness and limestone-rich soils. The slow secondary fermentation and extended aging on lees contribute to its refined texture and layered complexity, resulting in a sparkling wine that is both expressive and well-structured.

Production
Dufouleur Père & Fils is a historic family-owned estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges, with winemaking roots dating back to 1596. Specializing in Burgundian terroir-driven wines, the domaine applies the same level of care and precision to its Crémant de Bourgogne as it does to its still wines. Using traditional methods, including hand-harvesting and extended lees aging, their sparkling wines achieve elegance, complexity, and finesse.
Tasting notes
Delicate aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and white flowers are complemented by subtle notes of toasted almonds and brioche. The palate is vibrant and well-balanced, with a fine, persistent mousse and a crisp, mineral-driven finish.
