More about food pairing

An exceptional partner for fine cuts of beef, roast lamb, venison, and richly flavored mushroom dishes. Its depth and refined tannins complement slow-roasted meats and mature cheeses. Particularly enjoyable with Icelandic beef tenderloin, venison with wild mushrooms, or grilled ribeye served with a delicate red-wine sauce.

FAY represents the historic origins of Stag's Leap Wine Cellars and one of Napa Valley's most important Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards. Planted by pioneering grower Nathan Fay in 1961, it was the first Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in what would later become the Stags Leap District. A tasting of Nathan Fay's homemade wine in 1969 inspired Warren Winiarski to establish Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, forever changing the course of California winemaking. Produced entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate's historic FAY Vineyard, the exceptional 2021 vintage was matured for twenty-one months in new French . The vineyard is renowned for its expressive perfume, generous red and dark berry fruit, and exceptionally fine . The result is a magnificent Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, combining concentration and depth with remarkable elegance. Rich, beautifully structured, and extraordinarily persistent, FAY is a wine of distinction with exceptional aging potential.
