Production

Nonino Grappa Monovitigno Moscato is an aromatic and refined Italian grappa, produced by the Nonino family, whose dedication to distillation has defined their craft since 1897. Made from the pomace of Moscato grapes, this grappa is distilled using a discontinuous method with steam in traditional copper stills, ensuring the preservation of its delicate floral and fruity aromas. After distillation, it rests in stainless steel tanks for six months to a year, allowing the flavors to integrate and develop a smooth, elegant character.

Tasting notes

Crystal-clear in appearance, the nose reveals an aromatic bouquet of rose petals, sage, and orange blossom, with subtle hints of vanilla. The palate is soft and round, delivering layers of floral and fruit notes that lead to a long, harmonious finish.
