Production

Nonino Grappa AnticaCuvée Riserva Aged 5 Years is a distinguished Italian grappa produced by the Nonino family, who have been masters of distillation since 1897. This exceptional grappa is a blend of distillates obtained from fresh pomace, aged between 5 and 20 years in barriques and small casks. The meticulous aging process occurs in the Nonino cellars under seal and permanent surveillance by the Customs and Monopoly Agency, ensuring authenticity and quality. Notably, the grappa is bottled without any color additives, preserving its natural essence.

Tasting notes

A luminous amber hue leads to an aromatic profile of baking spices, brioche, and bitter almond. The palate is velvety and well-structured, revealing a refined interplay of dried fruit, vanilla, and oak spice. A long, smooth finish lingers with warmth and complexity.
