An excellent companion for grilled fish, seafood soups, shrimp, and shellfish. Its generous texture also complements mushroom risotto, porcini pasta, and roast chicken. Particularly enjoyable with Icelandic langoustines, pan-seared Arctic char, or halibut served with a creamy mushroom sauce.
