Immortallis Albariño
Spain
This Albariño is fresh, aromatic, and mineral-driven, shaped by old vines, Atlantic influence, and granitic soils in Rías Baixas. Lees aging adds gentle texture, while the grape’s natural acidity keeps the wine lively and precise. The result is a clean, expressive white wine with bright fruit, floral lift, and a refreshing saline finish.

Production
Immortallis Albariño comes from Rías Baixas, Spain’s Atlantic-influenced home of Albariño. The wine is sourced from old vines grown on granitic and slate soils, where cool ocean influence and large differences between day and night temperatures help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The vineyards sit around 300 meters above sea level, giving the wine both ripe fruit character and a firm mineral backbone. The wine is aged for 4 months on lees, adding texture and subtle complexity while keeping the bright, coastal character of Albariño at the center.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish hues. Aromas of pear, green apple, nectarine, melon, citrus, and white flowers. The palate is crisp and mouth-watering, with lively acidity, a rounded lees-influenced texture, and a mineral, slightly saline finish.
