Duc De Foix Cava
Spain
This Cava is a classic expression of Penedès, blending the region’s traditional grape varieties to achieve balance, freshness, and depth. The vines grow in limestone-rich soils, contributing to the wine’s signature minerality and bright acidity. Aged on the lees for an extended period, it develops a refined texture while maintaining its lively character.

Production
Duc de Foix is produced by Covides, one of the leading cooperative wineries in Catalonia, dedicated to crafting high-quality Cava with a strong emphasis on sustainable viticulture. Located in the heart of Penedès, the estate sources grapes from carefully selected vineyards that reflect the region’s diverse microclimates. The winemaking process follows the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended lees aging to enhance complexity and finesse.
Tasting notes
Bright citrus and orchard fruit aromas mingle with hints of white flowers and toasted brioche. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a fine, persistent mousse and a clean, elegant finish.
