The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux Saint-Jacques exemplifies the estate’s dedication to traditional Burgundian winemaking. Crafted from meticulously tended Pinot Noir vines, the wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels, a portion of which are new, to enhance complexity and structure. This meticulous process results in a wine that encapsulates the essence of its prestigious terroir.
