Château de Ribebon come from carefully selected vineyards located in a perfect microclimate. The harvest is done by hand to select only the best grapes. After picking, the grapes are gently pressed and subjected to controlled fermentation. The wine then ages for several months in high-quality oak barrels, which impart fine woody notes and harmoniously round out the aromas.
