Vines grow in limestone-rich soils at optimal altitudes, allowing for slow ripening and enhanced aromatic development. The appassimento process intensifies the wine’s depth, while careful aging in oak enhances its structure and refinement. |
Product description
Sartori di Verona Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a premium red wine from Sartori di Verona, a historic winery in Italy’s Veneto region. Made from carefully selected grapes grown in the hills northeast of Verona, this wine is a true reflection of tradition and excellence. The grapes are hand-harvested and dried for three months in ventilated rooms before pressing and fermentation. Aged in oak casks for three years, followed by six months of bottle refinement, this Amarone offers an exquisite depth of flavor. | |
