Travaglini, a family-owned estate in the Gattinara appellation of northern Piedmont, has been dedicated to crafting exceptional Nebbiolo wines for generations. Their Gattinara DOCG is a testament to this commitment, reflecting the unique terroir of the region. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation. It is then aged for 30 months in Slavonian oak casks of varying sizes, with additional refinement in the bottle before release.
