Viberti Rinato Chardonnay
0 kr.
Château de Ribebon come from carefully selected vineyards located in a perfect microclimate. The harvest is done by hand to select only the best grapes. After picking, the grapes are gently pressed and subjected to controlled fermentation. The wine then ages for several months in high-quality oak barrels, which impart fine woody notes and harmoniously round out the aromas.
Product description
Viberti Giovanni, a family-owned winery established in 1923 in Piedmont’s Langhe region, is renowned for its dedication to traditional winemaking. The Langhe Chardonnay ‘Rinato’ is a distinctive expression of the Chardonnay grape, reflecting the estate’s commitment to showcasing the unique characteristics of this varietal. The wine is crafted from hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes, which undergo fermentation in a combination of oak and stainless steel to preserve their fresh fruit aromas. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for about one year, with regular bâtonnage to enhance its complexity and mouthfeel. This approach maintains the wine’s vibrant acidity and fruit-forward profile, making it an approachable and enjoyable expression of the Langhe terroir. | |
